Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receipt, and we'll provide guidance on returning the item for a replacement or refund. A 25% restocking fee applies to all orders, except as otherwise noted.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: Should you receive an incorrect product or your order is incomplete, kindly inform us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we'll promptly address the issue.
Change of Mind: We understand preferences can evolve. If you've had a change of mind and wish to return a product, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product remains in its original, unopened packaging.
- The product is in a resalable condition, showing no signs of use or damage.
- You notify us within 30 days of receiving the item and request a return authorization.
Return Process

- Reason for return
- Product details
Return Shipping: Upon authorization, we'll provide instructions on where to send the product. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective/damaged product or incorrect order.
Packaging: Please ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if available.
Tracking and Insurance: We advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
